Please listen to this with over-the-ear headphones. Lay down or sit in a comfortable position where you can fully relax. An eye mask is recommended for complete immersion. This experience also works wonderfully with an acupuncture mat if you have one.
As you listen, let all of your thoughts go and focus on relaxing every part of your body. A few deep breaths can help clear your mind.
The goal is to relax to a point of near sleep. And if you do fall asleep that's ok. The meditation audio is designed to be just stimulating enough that it gently keeps waking you. When practiced regularly, it is possible to experience blissful states of awareness.

Binaural Beats
It is normal to experience a slight whirling sensation similar to the sound of a washing machine. This is the effect of the binaural beats. As you relax, this gradually brings your brainwaves into resonance, allowing you to go into a deeper state of rest more quickly than meditation alone.
The binaural beats start at 7.5Hz in the theta range, associated with relaxation and meditation. Over the course of the first 6 minutes, it gradually slows down to 3.5Hz in the delta range of deep sleep and relaxation. And then finally, around 6 minutes before the end the binaural beats raise back up to 7.5Hz leaving you fully refreshed and ready to get up.
